If the reservation completion screen is displayed, the reservation is complete. If you have registered a carrier e-mail (ex. softbank, ezweb, docomo), you may not receive the e-mail due to system settings. If you would like to receive a reservation confirmation e-mail, please make a reservation again using your PC e-mail address.

In order to eliminate the burden of handling fees and to provide our customers with reasonably priced kimono rentals, we only accept cash payments. We ask for your understanding.

It takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes to depart. This includes the time for reception and accounting, time to choose your kimono/yukata, and time to prepare luggage for the outing. During the busy season in March, the time until departure may vary.

Regardless of the rental plan, you can choose from all rental kimonos and yukatas available in the store.

For shorter people: If your height is 140cm or taller, it can be adjusted by dressing. For taller people: up to 170cm, it is possible to dress as usual. 170cm and taller people may find that the hem of the kimono will be slightly shorter.

Men's sizes S to 3L are available, so heights up to about 190 cm can be worn with no problem. 190 cm or taller can be worn, although the hem may be shorter.

We have a hair menu, and you can choose from the hair menu.

We do not rent out a place to have your hair styling by yourself. If you want to do your own hair styling, please do it in advance of your visit.

We are sorry, but in order to avoid problems such as breakage or staining, we cannot accept any items brought in. It is possible for customers to put on your own hair after the hair styling is completed.
About Returns

Changing itself takes about 10-15 minutes. Depending on how crowded the day is, you may have to wait a little longer to change, so we recommend that you allow 30 minutes to spare. It is likely to be crowded around 17:30, the last time of return.
