How to make a reservation

You can choose when you fill out the reservation form. Please let us know if you want to use the mask after wearing it on the day.

※We charge 5,000 yen (tax included) per person for the next day return (we will return the deposit when you return kimono)
Next day return (¥ 2,000 tax included) / per kimono
With this option, you can return the kimono the next day. Please use it if it is difficult to return it on the day. Customers using the next-day return option will be required to provide an additional security deposit of ¥5,000 per person (tax included). We kindly request that you prepare the security deposit in advance. The security deposit will be refunded when the kimono is returned without any issues, such as stains, damages, or shortages. Please understand this before making your reservation.
Notes on Next-Day Return
※We do not accept returns by mail. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for same-day returns.
An additional security deposit of ¥5,000 per person (tax included) will be held (and returned upon kimono return).
Please note that we do not provide bags for your personal belongings, so please prepare them in advance. Returns can be made between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM the next day.
